Many prestigious industry bodies have honoured San Giorgio, including the World Association of Italian Restaurants, the Danish-Italian Chamber of Commerce and the Ercole Oliviaro Award.

The building blocks
of flavour.

Fresh and tasty raw ingredients are the basis of all the dishes we serve at San Giorgio. We source many of our ingredients directly from Sardinia ourselves, liaising with local producers to obtain the very best quality produce.

Here in Denmark we use the top local suppliers to provide us with seasonal

meat, fish and vegetables.
Our menu changes often, to reflect
the finest ingredients available at that particular time of year.

Absolutely everything we serve is cooked from scratch. We make dough for pasta and bread on a nightly basis, cooking it fresh the following day.

Varied menus,
unchanging excellence.

Guests can choose from three, four, or five course menus. Occasionally these menus will vary on a daily basis, as our owner Achille Melis decides how best to use our supply of ingredients in both innovative and classic dishes.
Our well-trained staff will guide you through your choices, helping you to discover dishes that will satisfy your particular tastes.
